Mixed-Ability Yoga Thursday
A general yoga class where both beginners and continuing students are welcome. The Yoga is HATHA , Yoga of movement and a whole-body approach to fitness. Yoga postures free up the body, promoting suppleness, strength and improved posture and the mind becomes a quieter place.

The Wednesday Meditation Group is currently an 'Intermediate' class comprising students who have been meditating for at least two years. This is an established group and we are not currently taking on new students.
However, we may be in a position to offer, from September, an Introduction to Meditation course, for those new to the practice. Please continue to visit the website for updates on this.
