ZOOM YOGA CLASSES
we have set up 3 classes on Zoom so that you can keep up with your Yoga practice during lockdown. It is quite easy, all you have to do is to register with Zoom and then you just enter the ID number :320-517-8341 and you are connected . The classes are : Tuesday and Friday mornings 9.30-11.00 am and Tuesday evening 7.30-9.00pm. The fee is £5 per session payable into the account. I will give you those details once you have joined in. Mixed-Ability Yoga Thursday
A general yoga class where both beginners and continuing students are welcome. The Yoga is HATHA , Yoga of movement and a whole-body approach to fitness. Yoga postures free up the body, promoting suppleness, strength and improved posture and the mind becomes a quieter place.

How to relax, breathe and meditate ; The causes of stress & how to reduce it ; Yoga’s view of mind, emotions, breath & body ; The way to happiness & wisdom. ; What is Yoga? Basic Philosophy and meditation. Some experience of meditation desirable.
