The Ealing Yoga, Meditation and Philosophy Centre aims to help individuals lead a happier, more natural life and so discover how to evolve spiritually. EYMPC offers courses and retreats on hatha yoga, breathing & relaxation, meditation and practical philosophy.
ZOOM YOGA CLASSES Dear Friends, we have set up 3 classes on Zoom so that you can keep up with your Yoga practice during lockdown. It is quite easy, all you have to do is to register with Zoom and then you just enter the ID number :320-517-8341 and you are connected . The classes are : Tuesday and Friday mornings 9.30-11.00 am and Tuesday evening 7.30-9.00pm. The fee is £5 per session payable into the account. I will give you those details once you have joined in. Develop your Yoga, exploring new and more advanced postures whilst continuing with your relaxation and beginning meditation. Increase your flexibility and range of experience. This course is for those with some experience of yoga postures.

Mixed-Ability Yoga Thursday
A general yoga class where both beginners and continuing students are welcome. The Yoga is HATHA , Yoga of movement and a whole-body approach to fitness. Yoga postures free up the body, promoting suppleness, strength and improved posture and the mind becomes a quieter place.

Learn and develop how to relax your body and breath, focus your mind & sit resting in a place of stillness. Meditation is an inward journey. It's also a systematic process to calm the mental chatter of your busy everyday life! Prior experience of meditation is not required.
