“This was the first EYMPC retreat I have attended. I had taken a few of their classes, which inspired me to book this retreat. It was hosted at the beautiful Kairos Centre, set in the leafy surroundings of Roehampton.
The retreat was very well organised, check-in was seamless, the food excellent and the staff were so kind, helpful and genuine.
“The facilitation was outstanding. Whether you’re brand new to workshops or already experienced, the teachers curated the Literature, Philosophy, Yoga and Meditation workshop material in a beautiful way. I learnt so much from all of them. The energy was truly transformative, being in a space with people who have been on the journey for many, many years.
The workshops were so powerful that I have implemented moments of silence in my morning and evening rituals. The way it is designed allows for mind, body and soul transformation.
I would highly recommend this Retreat to anyone who wants to deepen their spirituality in meaningful ways, inspired by the incredible works of Shakespeare, Plato, Socrates, the Yoga Sutras, The Gita and other holy books and philosophers – don’t hesitate to book- it’s life changing.”
