A day retreat intended to outline some of the main causes and effects of everyday anxieties and explore practical ways by which an individual may regain natural balance & peace of mind.

09.15     Registration

09.30          Guided relaxation / meditation.

10.00        Causes & effects of anxiety.

11.00         Break

11.15        ‘Practical tools’ to alleviate anxiety;

  • Yoga postures
  • Pranayama
  • Chanting

12.00 pm   Qigong session with Faeeza 1.00     Lunch

1.45.    Reducing anxiety by

  • Inner dialogue
  • Contemplation
  • Mindful action

 2.30         Developing ‘practical tools’.

 3.15         Yoga Nidra / meditation.

Free for members

Non-members £30 . If membership is taken out on this day, the reduced rate of £20 – instead of £25 – will apply
